Responsibilities

• Process discrepancy reports and address issues with internal/external partners.
• Post-arrival fulfillment and guest support during stay.
• Pre-arrival support via phone, email, and SMS.
• Billing reconciliation and validation of pre-arrival taxes for resort accommodations.
• Support special projects: data cleanup, guest email responses, and multi-inbox management.
• Oversee multiple inboxes to manage internal and external communications.
