Lm Services Corporation is seeking a Laundry Attendant to ensure efficient collection, sorting, cleaning and distribution of guest laundry. The role involves heavy lifting, bending and standing, with duties including processing laundry, answering guest inquiries and assisting in other areas as needed.

Work is in a hospitality setting requiring reliable schedules, adherence to cleanliness standards, and teamwork to support property operations around the clock.

Qualifications

• Ability to push or pull laundry carts carrying heavy loads.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to pull linen from washers and dryers weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to move throughout the laundry area in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Collect, record, sort and process property laundry.
• Clear laundry chute and sort linen in carts.
• Answer telephone calls and inquiries from guests regarding laundry service.
• Assist in areas other than primary station when there is downtime in the laundry department.
• Report suspicious persons or unsafe conditions to a supervisor.
• Turn in items found in the working area to Lost and Found.
