Qualifications

• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings in dining room and prepare table for resetting.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.
• Maintain and set up trays and tables to be ready for incoming guests.
• Keep all supplies, condiments, and rolled silverware stocked and trays clean.
• Deliver hot and cold food in a timely manner.
• Carry trays up to 30 lbs or push equipment to needed location for patio/events.
• Assist food servers in clearing tables.
