Job summary

AAA Parking at Marriott Orlando Downtown in Orlando, FL is hiring a Valet to greet guests, explain service and car retrieval, assist with luggage, and deliver a polished guest experience. You’ll maintain a professional appearance and support guests through every step of their visit.

Responsibilities include parking/retrieving vehicles, handling valet tickets, coordinating with hotel staff, and ensuring safety while upholding AAA’s standards of Attitude, Assistance, and Appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, guest service, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to handle stressful situations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and run short distances.
• Friendly, energetic, and well-groomed appearance.
• Prior valet or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and explain prices and car retrieval.
• Open doors for guests and assist with luggage; provide hotel information.
• Assist guests with special needs or disabilities.
• Fill out valet ticket and conduct vehicle damage checks; retrieve and park vehicles quickly.
• Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and a tidy valet area.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations; support during busy periods or events.
• Follow all safety protocols and report incidents; perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment.
• Uphold AAA Parking service standards: Attitude, Appearance, Assistance.
