Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, guest service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and explain valet procedures clearly.
• Open doors, assist with luggage, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles promptly; maintain keys securely.
• Keep valet area clean, organized, and professional; adhere to uniform policy.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to support arrivals and events.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents immediately.
