Job summary

Panera Bread in Zimmerman, OH is hiring Restaurant Team Members to connect with guests, support daily by donating unsold food to local communities, and become part of a warm, fast-paced team.

As a Team Member you will greet guests, learn multiple positions (cashier, baking, drive-thru where applicable, salad and sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, dining room cleanliness), uphold food safety & customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work & learn in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work 15-40 hours a week.

• Meet & greet our guests, delivering excellent customer service in every circumstance.

• Step in & support your manager and team.
• Learn different positions, such as: cashier, baking, drive-thru (at applicable locations), salad & sandwich makers, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness.
