Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, takes orders, processes payments, and resolves issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices; uses suggestive selling to boost sales.
• Ensures order accuracy.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining area, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple stations and maintains punctual attendance.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards.
