Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s in St. Louis is hiring a Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service and bold, high‑quality food. You will help drive guest satisfaction, handle transactions, and keep the dining area clean and safe. You’ll participate in cross-training across roles and support store operations during peak hours.

Qualifications include guest service or food prep experience, basic math, and a flexible schedule. GED/HS diploma preferred; food safety certification is a plus.

• Adhere to policies and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction.
• Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for employees and Guests.
