Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments and resolves issues.
• Operates POS and suggests add-on sales to increase revenue.
• Verifies order accuracy and prepares/packs food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, dining area, restrooms and maintains safety standards.
• Unloads stocks, rotates inventory and works across multiple stations.
• Maintains regular attendance and adheres to uniform policies.
• Communicates professionally with customers, peers and managers.
