Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in Tampa, FL seeks a Team Member to provide friendly guest service in a fast-paced setting. You will help ensure quick, accurate orders, maintain cleanliness, and keep guests smiling from the drive-thru to the dining room.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Identify and respond to Guests’ needs.
• Complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Adhere to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction.
• Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests!
