Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate in Florida City to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the register or self-checkout, while maintaining clean, stocked, and inviting store spaces. You will upsell items, handle guest concerns with urgency, and support a fast-paced team environment.

Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout and suggest additional products to enhance purchases
• Maintain cleanliness and stock, keep shelves and displays organized, and ensure food/beverage items meet quality standards
• Assist in inventory management and restocking while upholding safety and cleanliness policies
