Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons, take orders, and respond to inquiries with courtesy.
• Prepare items per recipes, maintain portion control and presentation.
• Serve beverages and snacks, including alcoholic drinks where permitted.
• Stock, stock checks, and keep snack bar and cart organized.
• Operate POS, process payments, and provide correct change.
• Fulfill orders accurately for dine-in, takeout, and events.
• Monitor inventory and restock to avoid shortages.
• Promote specials and upsell to enhance revenue.
• Document sales and inventory records for reporting.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safe food handling.
• Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Maintain beverage carts, equipment, and restock supplies.
• Communicate clearly with guests, team, and management.
• Collaborate with kitchen and golf course staff as needed.
