Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry plates for prolonged periods.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages, including taking orders, delivering, and clearing items.
• Check station before, during, and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials/promotions.
• Take orders and input into POS to inform kitchen of order details.
• Retrieve orders from kitchen, confirm accuracy, and deliver to guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Comply with all state and federal regulations and alcohol policies.
