Joe’s Stone Crab - D.C. is hiring servers to join our team in Washington, DC. Servers provide attentive guest service, knowledge of menu and wine, and support a smooth dining room operation.

Ideal candidates excel in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and work well with a team to deliver a memorable dining experience for guests. Benefits are included, and EOE with E-Verify participation.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented hospitality approach.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining room.
• Excellent guest service with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly guest service to a 3-6 table section and follow steps of service.
• Record orders, process payments, and balance sales per policies.
• Available to work varying hours including weekends.
• Transport food/beverages safely to tables.
• Operate all necessary tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken directions.
• Maintain composure in a busy, high-energy environment.
• Move and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Stand/walk for entire shift and navigate stairs or uneven surfaces.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness procedures.
• Follow employment policies and contribute as a team player.
• Other duties as assigned.
