Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers in Buford, GA seeks a friendly Server to create a fun, welcoming dining experience for guests throughout the entertainment center. You will deliver excellent customer service and efficient food and beverage service in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders with our POS system, delivering meals accurately, upselling menu items, handling payments, and supporting events and high-volume shifts

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tables and tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of alcohol service guidelines and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks quickly with order accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of the full menu, specials, and promotions to answer questions.
• Responsible for serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Process guest payments accurately via cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.
• Monitor guest satisfaction by checking in, refilling drinks, and responding to requests.
• Maintain clean and organized dining, bowling lane, and service areas.
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, food runners, and management to ensure efficient service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Support special events and high-volume shifts while maintaining exceptional guest service.
