Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time and part-time Servers to join our team at The Sheraton. As a Server, you will provide outstanding service, greet guests, take orders, and deliver a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

This tipped position offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance options and 401(k) with company match. You’ll work with a supportive team and develop skills in customer service and hospitality at The Sheraton.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience.
• Credit card processing experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to cross-train as Bartender.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, communicate specials, and collect orders.
• Serve beverages responsibly and follow alcohol service policies.
• Enter orders in POS and process payments; deliver checks to guests.
• Collaborate with other servers, kitchen, and bar staff.
• Perform opening/closing duties and keep the workspace clean and organized.
