Tobacco Road Sports Cafe (Durham location) is seeking a friendly Server to join our team. You will be the face of the dining experience, greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks with speed and care.

Ideal candidates have strong customer-service skills, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling, advancement opportunities, and training are available to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
• Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Handle payment transactions accurately (previous experience with TOAST POS a plus)
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Support team members and assist with side work as needed
