• Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service.
• Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.
• Be aware of guests’ needs and work to make their experience pleasurable.
• Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions.
• Promote teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service.
• Understand product specifications and ensure receipts match party size.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
• Report equipment and facility problems to the Manager.
• Familiar with proper table bussing procedures.
• Follow local health department laws.
