Job summary

Denny's in Las Vegas is hiring a Server to provide friendly, attentive table service in a full-service restaurant environment. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest needs are met in line with Denny's brand standards.

You will greet guests, explain menus, coordinate with kitchen staff, and deliver accurate orders while maintaining a clean dining area. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and answer guest questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure proper timing and order flow.
• Monitor table needs, including refills, condiments, and additional requests.
• Process guest payments accurately and securely.
