Original Pancake House - Northwest is seeking service-oriented Servers to provide friendly, responsive dining experiences. You will greet Guests, educate them on specials, and take orders. You’ll deliver beverages and meals promptly, maintain clean areas, and contribute to a smooth, hospitable restaurant environment.

Role requires knowledge of menu, basic math, and the ability to operate a POS. You should be able to stand for long periods and lift trays up to 25 pounds, assisting with table

Qualifications

• Must love serving people.
• Must be friendly, hospitable and professional.
• Be able to communicate and understand guests' language(s).
• Basic knowledge of dining room procedures and functions.
• Possess basic math skills and cash handling ability.
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 5 hours).
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering trays weighing 20–25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and greet Guests; make them comfortable and cared for.
• Inform Guests of specials and menu changes; answer questions.
• Make recommendations you believe Guests will enjoy.
• Take orders and enter into the POS system; relay to kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly from kitchen to Guests.
• Perform side work at start and end of each shift as required.
• Maintain clean service areas and dining spaces.
• Monitor Guests' dining experience and respond to requests courteously.
• Prepare final bill and present it to Guests.
• Assist fellow Servers as needed and reset tables as required.
• Thank Guests and invite them to return; support smooth operations.
