Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Warrenville, IL seeks a Server Assistant to support servers, keep dining areas clean, and boost guest satisfaction. You’ll greet guests, take drink orders, and help with refills and table turns while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Open days/evenings/weekends are required as part of a fast-paced hospitality team. No mandatory prior experience, but food/beverage familiarity is a plus and relevant certifications may be needed.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends.
• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greeting Guests and taking drink orders.
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest needs.
• Refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables.
• Providing exceptional service to create memorable experiences.
