• Performs Cash-In Procedure—accounting for money and items during shift.
• Prepares food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
• Maintains cleanliness and restocks supplies to ensure a ready shift.
• Adheres to food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during all activities.
• Completes light paperwork as assigned and participates in Subway University courses.
