Job summary

RaceTrac is looking for a Store Associate to be at the heart of the guest experience. You’ll help keep the store stocked, clean, and running smoothly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We offer competitive pay up to $15.50 per hour, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and opportunities for career growth through internal promotions. Training is hands-on to set you up for success and you’ll enjoy a fun atmosphere where no two days are the same.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases and upsell.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment and keep the store clean.
