Job summary

Callaway Resort & Gardens in Pine Mountain, GA, is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to support the Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy in Lights seasonal events. You will greet guests, assist shoppers, and help process sales in our outdoor/indoor retail spaces during 4:00pm–10:00pm shifts, 4–5 days a week when events run.

Candidates must be at least 16 and capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. POS experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• POS experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate event schedules is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work outdoors/in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
• Greet customers as they enter the retail locations and offer assistance as needed.
• Answer questions about products and services and provide accurate information.
• Process sales transactions and operate cash registers.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist with restocking merchandise and completing inventory checks.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
