Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement (16+).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Completion of basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card as required by law).
• Enjoy working with food; food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador for bringing Panera Warmth to life in every guest interaction.
• Execute duties specific to your area (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, etc.).
• Greet each guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties.
