As an Hourly Team Member you will be involved in food runner, busser, dishwasher, prep cook, and line cook tasks, supporting smooth service and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers orders to guests and ensures guests have what they need
• Refills drinks and responds to guest requests after food delivery
• Maintains sanitation and safety policies for the dining area
• Prepares dining room for guests and cleans tables and chairs
• Keeps dining area clean by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash
• Unloads and stores deliveries as needed
• Prepares and cleans prep areas according to recipe cards and production standards
• Reads orders and assists in fast, accurate food preparation while maintaining quality
