Job summary

Houston Dose is hiring an AM Restaurant Server to provide courteous food and beverage service in line with brand standards. You will take orders, set and clear tables, stock stations, and assist with payments as needed.

The role offers growth toward supervisory positions, requires prior food and beverage experience or training, and familiarity with POS systems; TIPS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables.
• Stock service stations.
• Assist with picking up orders from food prep areas.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments when appropriate.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during shortages.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and strive to improve them.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and practices.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
