Qualifications

• Polished presentation with professional communication skills.
• Prior face-to-face customer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and connect with every customer. Discover needs and make recommendations.
• Answer questions about food, beverages and hotel functions and services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in POS system.
• Perform running side work and opening & closing duties as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and service area.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with beverage, food, and service; respond promptly to requests.
• Prepare final bill, present check, process payment, and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Teamwork: offer or ask for help to fellow team members as needed.
• Be available to fill in to ensure smooth operation as directed by supervisor.
