Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in the restaurant or drive-thru and assisting with orders.
• Taking and ringing up orders, handling payment and thanking customers.
• Preparing and storing food ingredients, assembling items, and ensuring correct presentation.
• Maintaining a clean and safe dining environment and following sanitation guidelines.
• Working collaboratively with teammates and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhering to company policies and promoting upselling and loyalty programs.
