Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes assigned public areas and grounds in accordance with company and franchise policy.
• Cleans, prepares, and sets up meeting rooms in accordance with the function sheets.
• Ensures hotel equipment is maintained properly and secured.
• Ensures cleaning supplies and chemicals are stored and used properly.
• Provides excellent customer service to hotel guests.
• Communicates with superiors and co-workers about guest requests and assigned tasks.
• Provides safety and security for the hotel and its guests.
• Participates in training initiatives and skill development.
