Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza is hiring Team Members to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, prompt service with great food in a clean, inviting setting. You will work with Managers and other Team Members to uphold standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, with various shifts and training to grow customer-service skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices and uses suggestive-selling techniques to boost sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies the accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen areas, counters, prep spaces and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Works with management to resolve issues.
• Learns team effectiveness skills; collaborates to achieve goals.
