Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and address customer issues.
• Operate cash register/POS and upsell when appropriate.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify accuracy of guests' orders and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen areas, counters, prep areas, and utensils.
• Clean dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Stock inventory as needed and work across multiple stations.
• Attend shifts reliably and adhere to uniform policies.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues as they arise.
• Learn teamwork skills and contribute to achieving team goals.
