Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Respond to and attend to guests' repair requests.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces; e.g., inspect mattresses and bed frames.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and machines; demonstrate strong mechanical ability.
• Acquire knowledge in air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and building systems.
• Carrying out surface prep, painting and minor repairs; replacing bulbs and filters.
• Inspect and repair grout and caulking; maintain pool and pool equipment.
• Test and repair equipment; troubleshoot electrical components; program TVs; inventory tasks.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout safety procedures; adhere to company safety policies.
• Protect company assets; develop relationships with departments; communicate regularly.
