Job summary

MHG Hotels LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure guest rooms, meeting spaces and public areas stay in top condition. You will respond to repair requests, plan preventive maintenance and keep infrastructure running smoothly across the property, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry tasks.

This role requires a warm, team-oriented demeanor, strong problem‑solving ability and a safety‑minded approach.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a friendly, cheerful demeanor at all times.
• Respond to guests' repair requests and attend to maintenance issues.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance problems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tools, equipment, and machines.
• Display strong engineering and general mechanical ability.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems.
• Paint, drywall repair, grout/caulking, and surface preparation.
• Maintain pool, chemicals, and pool equipment.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and components.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout safety procedures and company policies.
• Protect company assets and develop cross-department relationships.
