Pilot Company is seeking a Facility Services team member to maintain cleanliness and guest-ready facilities at our travel center. You will clean storerooms, showers, and restrooms, handle towels, and assist with general repairs to ensure a top-notch guest experience for travelers and locals alike.

The role supports delivering a clean, safe, and welcoming environment with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and flexible scheduling, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
