• Maintains stocked linen and storage rooms.
• Meets cleanliness and time standards for cleaning hotel areas.
• Provides guest service and promptly responds to inquiries and concerns.
• Performs basic maintenance like plunging toilets, changing light bulbs, and batteries.
• Handles cleaning chemicals safely and according to standards.
• Operates commercial laundry and cleaning equipment.
• Assists team members and other departments to boost operational efficiency.
