The role supports guest satisfaction and requires collaboration with front desk, maintenance, and other teams. You will report to the Executive Housekeeper and General Manager and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas to established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping closets and carts.
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment as necessary.
• Report maintenance issues or lost and found items promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance to ensure timely room readiness.
• Prioritize tasks based on check-ins/check-outs and special requests.
