Job summary

Double JJ Resort in Rothbury, MI is seeking a Room Attendant/Housekeeper to keep guest rooms and public spaces pristine. You will interact with guests, perform cleaning duties across rooms, condos, and common areas, and help maintain our home-away-from-home experience.

This role requires reliability, the ability to greet guests warmly, and adherence to safety guidelines. A weekly bonus incentive up to $120 is available, with shifts that may include evenings or holidays.

Qualifications

• Frequent walking and standing.
• Regularly lifts up to 15 lbs and occasionally up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel rooms/condos including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby and common areas.
• Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
• Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals and departures.
• Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day.
• May perform similar duties as requested by supervisor.
