Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hotel cleaning tasks to keep guest rooms and public areas clean and orderly.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests by providing linens, amenities, or information upon request.
• Support laundry duties and cleaning of public spaces when needed.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and complaints.
