Job summary

Meddys is hiring for restaurant team members to join our fast-paced, guest‑centered service. You will deliver orders, bus tables, and provide drink refills while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.

The role emphasizes food safety, accuracy, and friendly customer interactions across multiple locations. Ideal candidates will have 1 year of customer service experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a willingness to travel to stores in the region.

Qualifications

• Must be able to consistently work 30 hours a week.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Maintain reliable transportation and travel to every store location in the region if necessary.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to access online scheduling software and stay in communication with store managers.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage with care to prevent foodborne illnesses.
• Deliver orders to guests and bus tables.
• Provide drink refills and table service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, patio, tables, bar, and expo area.
• Explain complimentary pita bread to dine-in guests where applicable.
• Ensure food meets brand standards of taste, temperature, and presentation.
• Fulfill complete orders in a timely manner and prioritize tasks.
• Provide exemplary customer service at the ordering counter and identify guest needs.
