The Fresh Market is seeking team members who can work in multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You will help guests create meal solutions, stock shelves, and maintain a hospitable shopping experience throughout the day.

You will engage with guests, learn their needs, and apply knowledge of weekly specials while assisting across departments and maintaining store cleanliness and guest flow.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service consistently.
• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs for meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products; ensure nearby guests are assisted.
• Gather shopping carts and perform general housekeeping throughout the store.
