The Fresh Market is seeking team members to join our store in positions across Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You will provide outstanding guest service, learn product details, and help guests craft meal solutions.

You'll merchandise and stock shelves, assist guests across departments, and maintain a hospitable shopping environment. A professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards are required.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help with meal solutions
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist across departments
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items while ensuring nearby guests are assisted
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in housekeeping duties
