Job summary

VPNE Parking Solutions LLC is seeking a friendly valet attendant for our Raleigh, NC location. You will greet guests, help move and park vehicles, and contribute to a safe, efficient garage operation with a focus on exceptional guest experience.

Key duties include maintaining neat appearance, communicating professionally, and following VPNE language guidelines. Candidates must pass background and RMV checks, hold a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years old.

• Maintain uniform standards on the job premises.
• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
• Ability to run and move quickly.

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicle.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driver's License in the state of residency.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
• Ability to create relationships with customers.
• Be organized.
• Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider.

Responsibilities

• Continuously safely operate vehicles to minimize the potential for accidents.
• Keep track of keys and cars throughout the garage.
• Provide exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain organization at operation.
• Be enthusiastic about the job, creating a positive environment for the customers and teammates to enjoy.
• Use professional communication and VPNE-approved language choices.
• Help facilitate transition at the end of the shift.
• Look sharp and neatly groomed at all times.
• Cleaning duties as assigned.
• Adhere to VPNE attendance policy.
