Responsibilities

• Delivers orders to guests in dining room, refills drinks, and responds to guest requests after delivery.
• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning tables and chairs, maintains setting, and cleans spills or messes.
• Washes dishes and ensures clean dish area, assists with restocking, and handles waste per sanitation policies.
• Prepares food per prep lists and recipes, maintains station cleanliness, and adheres to safety rules.
• Keeps sanitation and safety standards across stations and assists management as needed.
