Eurest at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT seeks a part-time or full-time Food Service Worker to handle food prep, plating and serving responsibilities. Weekend and holiday availability is required; pay ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of guest services experience, food service experience, and food prep experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food safely between stations.
• Stores food with proper wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Follows approved recipes and portion controls for quality and serving temperatures.
