The Food Service Team Member role supports the proper operation of the Food Service Station during shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction and store profitability.

Responsibilities include preparing fresh items, maintaining self-serve offerings, handling cash, and upholding sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• General safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures.
• Allergen & Food Safety Awareness.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Awareness of sanitation and hygiene practices and a responsible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all fresh made-to-order items.
• Maintain self-service food offerings (coffee, case items, dispensers, fountains, condiments).
• Load product into fresh case as needed.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Provide best in class customer service.
• Maintain sanitation and store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory levels for freshness and availability.
