Responsibilities include using the POS system to process payments, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with kitchen staff to meet guest needs. A valid NH driver’s license is required and hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Education or experience: no high school diploma required; one month related hospitality experience and/or training.
• Language skills: read, comprehend safety rules and memos; speak clearly and confidently.
• Math: add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure.
• Reasoning: apply common sense and solve problems in routine situations.
• Driver's license: NH license and favorable driving record; travel to function sites.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain standards of food, beverage and guest service quality.
• Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times.
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor tables and anticipate guests’ needs, including refilling drinks and checking in during meals.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart.
• Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Communicate immediately to the manager of any kitchen delays or service issues.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
