Job summary

The Gold Recruiter is seeking a friendly Food Server to deliver outstanding guest experiences in Orlando, FL. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming. This role emphasizes great communication, accuracy, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.

Prior serving or customer service is a plus; no formal education required. Certification such as ServSafe may be required. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, formal education not required.
• Experience in serving or customer service is a plus.
• Food Handler or ServSafe certification may be required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays, with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Present menus and answer questions about dishes, ingredients, and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests.
• Deliver meals and drinks promptly and ensure order accuracy.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to needs throughout service.
• Clear tables, remove trays, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Process payments and handle cash/card transactions.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and supervisors.
• Restock service stations with utensils, napkins, condiments, and supplies.
• Prepare simple food or beverage items when needed.
