Job summary

Magnolia St. Louis is seeking a Server Assistant/Food Runner to collaborate with expo and service staff to deliver hot and cold dishes promptly.

You will help ensure each plate looks correct and is delivered to tables in a timely manner across all outlets, while assisting guests with any additional items to complete their meals. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check each plate for correctness as ordered by the guest.
• Ensure condiments accompany each order.
• Make sure every item on the order is ready and on the tray together and prevent breakage.
• Notify server of guest needs and assist with requests.
• Complete all opening, on-going, and closing side work as signed off by a manager.
• Restock linens and maintain clean, organized work stations.
• Inform server of any potential guest issues.
• Provide general resort information to guests.
