Job summary

LSF Framingham LLC is seeking a Food Runner to support our dining team. The role focuses on presenting orders accurately, delivering food promptly, and aiding servers and guests. You will uphold high standards of personal hygiene, interact politely with guests, and communicate needs to the kitchen and bar.

The minimum age is 17, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. This on-site position requires the ability to stand, move quickly, and lift up to 50 pounds in a busy restaurant

Qualifications

• Must be pleasant, cooperative and take direction well.
• Excellent manners, hygiene and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Able to interact verbally and listen to guests and team members.
• Minimum age 17 years old.

Responsibilities

• Present self courteously to guests and take orders as specified.
• Check orders for accuracy prior to serving to ensure items are correct.
• Deliver food timely with appropriate garnishments.
• Communicate important information to guests and servers.
• Respond to guests' requests for condiments or other items.
• Clear dishes and debris from stations to maintain cleanliness.
• Know table numbers and restaurant layout to ensure prompt service.
• Refer guests' allergy questions to the Manager immediately.
